Formaldehyde has traditionally been used as part of the binder in glass mineral wool insulation. Although there is no health risk with the traditional product, formaldehyde as a result may cause irritation and sensitivity. ECOWOOL’s SensiTouch Technology makes the installation process less dusty and itchy compared to conventional glass mineral wool. Benefits include:
